Charming 3 bedroom house with private pool, situated in a pretty village. Close by is the lovely town of Angles where you will find a lively weekly market, numerous shops and nice restaurants.
The house has a light, airy sitting room with comfortable sofas and a television with English channels and DVD player. There is a good selection of books, board games and DVD’s and CD’s and the French doors lead out on to the front garden and terrace where you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The kitchen diner has an open log fire and a large table and chairs to seat 6 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped and has a cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker and iron.

There is one double bedroom with ample storage space and two twin bed rooms which all look out on to the pool and garden and all have fans.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and basin and there is a separate toilet.

The house is equipped with a travel cot, highchair, changing mat etc, to leave more room in your car.

Private Swimming Pool

The 8 x 4 metre swimming pool is heated and has steps leading into it. It is equipped with underwater lighting so night-time swimming is not a problem if you wish! The pool is accessed by a security gate which leads on to the back garden. We have a large stone barbecue, outside lighting, table and parasol and chairs and of course the sun loungers for relaxing by the pool.

Games Room

The garage/games room has a full sized pool table and a darts board – great for keeping the teenagers amused. There are also French boules for your use and plenty of pool toys/inflatable’s. Under the cover of the pergola is the table tennis table.

Detached 4 bedroom stone house with pool

Lovely old detached stone house with four bedrooms, only a short drive to long sandy beaches at La Faute and minutes away from cathedral town of Lucon with numerous restaurants and shops
The house can sleep 8 people comfortably and up to 10 using the sofa bed in the living room, so would be ideal for two families. There are two double rooms and two twin bedded rooms, all newly decorated and with wardrobes and ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms have French doors leading out on to the front terrace which overlooks the swimming pool – where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The spacious, beamed open plan living room has comfortable sofas and a wood burning fire which is great if you are holidaying out of season. There is a, TV with English channels and DVD player, CD player, games console and a a large selection of DVD’s, CD’s, books and board games. There are French doors opening out on to the wisteria covered porch and another door leading into the private back garden with garden furniture, outside lighting and large stone barbecue.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee-maker, iron etc.

The house is ideal for families with young children and babies as it is on one level and we provide a high chair, travel cot, changing mat etc, to make life easier.

There is a family bathroom with toilet, bath with shower and basin. There is another separate WC and a wet room.

In the back garden are lots of mature trees and shrubs and a built-in stone barbecue with large table, parasol and plenty of chairs. There is outside lighting in the trees so eating al-fresco at night is not a problem.

There is ample secure parking space for 2/3 cars and a short stroll away is the local bar.

Heated Swimming Pool

The 10 x 4 metre heated swimming pool has steps all round the shallow end to sit and relax. The pool is fully enclosed with a security fence and there are sun loungers and parasols and best of all you don’t have to share with anyone else! There is a grassy area for the children to play on and another table, chairs and parasol.

Games Room

We have an outdoor table tennis table on the front terrace and there is a large grassy area.
